Trond's takeaway: Cybersecurity cannot rely on awareness alone, we need to become smarter than that, allowing technology and systematic approaches to help us become more secure. We also need to bake ethics into the discussion. What should we allow, what norms should we work to establish across the international community as acceptable and not acceptable attack spaces and under what conditions?
